Country French: This classic old-world loaf is naturally leavened with a French-style sourdough.  It has a light nutty taste, slightly sour with a chewy crust and moist crumb.  Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water, organic whole wheat, organic whole rye, organic wheat bran, sea salt, yeast  (1 lb. 12 oz.)
 
Baguette: The classic French Bread, crusty outside, soft inside, with a touch of whole wheat and rye. Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water, organic whole rye, organic whole wheat, organic wheat bran, sea salt, yeast   (12 oz.)
 
Rosemary Olive Oil: An Italian-style round loaf, slightly softer with extra virgin olive oil and bursting with that wonderful rosemary aroma. Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, sea salt, yeast  (1 lb. 4 oz.)
 
Parmesan, Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia: This is the same Rosemary and Olive oil dough baked like a flatbread. It is topped with roasted garlic and parmesan and baked in a very hot oven. The result is a golden brown, chewy crust just like a brick oven pizza. Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, rosemary, sea salt, yeast  (12 oz.)
 
Maple Cinnamon and Raisin:  A delicious bread for breakfast or snacking, it will make the best toast you have ever had. It is lightly sweetened with only Vermont Maple and has a small swirl. Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, water, organic whole rye, raisins, maple, cinnamon, sea salt, yeast  (1 lb. 4 oz.)
 
Seven Grain: A naturally leavened round loaf with a slight tang, you can taste a different grain in every bite. The round loaf makes great sandwiches if you don’t eat it all before you get home! Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic whole wheat, organic seven grain blend: cracked wheat, cracked rye, cracked barley, corn grits, steel-cut oats, millet and flax seed, water, levain, water, sea salt, yeast  (1 lb. 4 oz.)
 
Brewer’s Bread: A naturally leavened round loaf made with Ale and Spent Malted Barley Grain. Enjoy with sharp cheese and a cold beer. Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic whole-wheat, organic whole rye, malted barley, ale, sea salt, yeast (1 lb. 4 oz.)
 
Vermont Cheddar and Caramelized Onion Focaccia:  A Vermont twist on a traditional Focaccia. The dough is flavored with onion seeds, topped with slow caramelized onions and real Vermont cheddar. Ingredients:  Organic wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, onion, cheddar (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes) onion seeds, sea salt, yeast (12 oz.)
 
Kalamata Olive Fougasse:  This is a French flatbread baked on the hearth.  It is cut before baking and is often called “ladder bread.”  We flavor it with Kalamata olives, thyme and chile flakes. Our favorite way to eat it is to warm it in the oven, tear off a piece and spread with fresh Vermont goat cheese or herbed cream cheese.
