Elmore Mountain Bread is owned by Andrew Heyn and Blair Marvin.
Blair was born and raised in Johnson, Vermont. After attending culinary school and cooking in Seattle, she returned with Andrew, who was also deeply involved in the culinary world. They worked in several local restaurants when the opportunity to take over a small bakery arose.
In 2004 they began their career as bakers and have been covered in flour since.
Elmore Mountain Bread is a husband and wife team and take pride in the fact that each loaf is handmade and attended to from start to finish, a 16-hour process. They bake in the early morning and deliver that same afternoon to give you the freshest bread possible!
